I met Jenna is 2023 and she saved my hair! Right before moving to WA, a hairstylist dyed my hair red which was the only thing I asked them not to do. Jenna color matched my natural roots and has helped me fall back in love with my hair again. She’s always up for any idea and offers great suggestions! In the last two years, we’ve gone through different cuts and colors, and I always leave beyond happy with my hair and with sore cheeks from how much I laugh and smile while in the chair. I can count on one hand how many people I’ve let touch my hair in my lifetime. Jenna is the most recent, and that says a lot! I am an extension wearer and had a hard time finding someone that did a great job on my thin hair and I can go anywhere between 6-10 weeks which helps me out financially as well. Her love for hair and her clients shines through. She has been doing my hair for years now, from blonding, to root shadow, to extensions, and much more. She hears our desires and values us as her clients. She wants to give us the hair of our dreams but she will also be honest and supportive if she feels the goal is a long term goal or unattainable at this time. She wants to save the integrity of our hair while also giving us a flawless result. Honesty from my stylist is of most importance! I love that I can use my time with her as time to chat with someone, or I can ask for a silent appointment and take a moment to self reflect and recharge- that be just scrolling my phone, resting my eyes or even getting caught up on work trainings. I hadn’t had my hair cut in 6 Years because I was nervous: I went in with Hair anxiety and have left each time Speechless! She never does anything I’m not comfortable with and knows what looks good on me. She is able to turn my descriptions into real life😍I drive from Bellevue to see Jenna any I will never not see her! My hair has never been this healthy.
